PARADERA (AAN) – A man was taken into custody on Tuesday afternoon following a domestic disturbance at a residence in Paradera. The Santa Cruz police patrol responded urgently to reports of an incident occurring at a home on Jaburibari street.
Authorities received an alert from the victim’s family, who reported that a woman was being physically assaulted by a man inside the dwelling. Police officers proceeded to the location to intervene in the ongoing situation.
Upon arrival and after hearing the official accounts from those present, officers determined there was sufficient cause to detain the male suspect for aggression. He was arrested and is set to be presented before a public prosecutor for further legal processing.
