ORANJESTAD (AAN): Wind Creek Aruba recently celebrated its annual “Best of the Best” event, honoring the outstanding performance and dedication of its team members. The event recognized those who have gone above and beyond in their roles, contributing to the company’s commitment to excellence.
During the ceremony, Felipe Hill (Flux Bar) was honored as the Employee of the Year 2025, and Lorraine Daal (General & Administrative) received the Leadership Award of 2025. Both of them exemplify Wind Creek’s mission, showcasing dedication, passion, and a commitment to excellence.
The winners of the quarterly categories were:
- Commitment & Enthusiasm: Gerald Dirksz, Luis Ramirez, and others.
- Inspiring & Empowering: Lemieux Peterson, William Pardo, and others.
- Excellence & Fun: Florendo Baliton, Mendy Martinus, and others.
- Guest Focus: Giovanni Stephens, Nivia Leest, and others.
- Leadership: Giovanni Kock, Rafaella Jones, and others.
Each quarterly winner received $1,000, a Wind Creek Gift Card, and a certificate. The Employee of the Year received $10,000, a Wind Creek Gift Card, and a vacation for two at one of the Wind Creek Hospitality properties.
