ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Local brand ARUBIANO has launched a special limited-edition shirt collection inspired by the FIFA World Cup 2026, celebrating the strong football culture shared by Aruba and Curaçao.
Arubans are well known for their passion for football, especially during the World Cup season, when families, friends, and supporters gather every four years to cheer for their favorite national teams.
Popular teams among Aruban fans include Brazil, the Netherlands, Colombia, Argentina, and this time especially Curaçao, following the pride the neighboring island has brought to the Caribbean region.
ARUBIANO, recognized for its patriotic shirts and support for nature awareness and animal rights, created the special World Cup 2026 design to show solidarity and support for Curaçao.
The collection is also being promoted as a special Mother’s Day gift for football fans.
The brand encouraged supporters both in Aruba and abroad, including fans traveling to Houston, Texas, to watch Curaçao play Germany, to wear the ARUBIANO shirts proudly with the Curaçao flag design.
According to the announcement, quantities are limited for the special edition release.
