Weichert Expands Global Footprint with New Office in Aruba

Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. (WREA) has expanded its international presence through a licensing agreement with PalmAruba Group in Noord, Aruba. The partnership marks Weichert’s second international residential real estate office, which will operate as Weichert® – Aruba Realty.

This milestone follows Weichert’s recent international debut in Portugal earlier this year with HomeLovers – Weichert.

“We are thrilled to welcome Weichert® – Aruba Realty to our growing international network,” said Bill Scavone, President of Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. “Aruba is a thriving real estate market with tremendous potential. Our partnership demonstrates how adaptable our systems are across global markets. We’re proud to support the team as they deliver exceptional service backed by the strength of the Weichert brand.”

Weichert® – Aruba Realty is led by Founder and Managing Director Victor Acosta, a third-generation civil engineer from Caracas, Venezuela. With more than 30 years of experience in real estate development, Acosta leads a skilled team of professionals in architecture, engineering, design, construction, and sales.

As the company grew, Acosta and his team sought a partnership that could offer greater systems support, training, and growth opportunities.

“We wanted to align with a company that shares our commitment to excellence, client care, and team development,” Acosta said. “Weichert was the perfect partner. Their tools, systems, and training programs provide a solid foundation for extraordinary growth. Bringing their brand to Aruba is an exciting new chapter for us.”

This collaboration strengthens Weichert’s international expansion strategy while positioning Aruba as a key hub for luxury and residential real estate in the Caribbean.
