ORANJESTAD, Aruba – Police responded early Thursday morning to a report of a damaged light pole on Sasakiweg.
Upon arrival, officers discovered evidence of a traffic accident that is believed to have occurred during the early morning hours. The collision left a light pole broken, but no vehicle was found at the scene.
Authorities have not yet identified the vehicle involved, and no information is currently available regarding the driver responsible for the incident. The vehicle reportedly left the area after the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
