The University of Aruba law faculty continues to attract steady interest from school-leavers, working people and adults seeking a new career step, according to dean and lecturer Chun Luk.
Programme undergoes external review
Luk said the law programme has developed over many years and aims to remain relevant to Aruba while connecting students with the wider world.
He said the programme is evaluated by the Accreditation Organisation of the Netherlands and Flanders, known as NVAO, against standards used for programmes in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Faculty adapts to digital tools
The dean said technology, including artificial intelligence, is changing how education is delivered and received. The faculty has adopted a policy aimed at helping lecturers and students use these tools ethically while retaining critical thinking and creativity.
Luk described enrolment interest as stable in recent years and invited prospective students to attend open houses and college fairs. The next event was expected in November, according to the source report.
