A Savaneta workshop on financial education and digital safety is scheduled for Thursday, October 29, from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Centro di Bario Savaneta, according to 24ora.
Third community session marks bank anniversary
Central Bank of Aruba senior policy officer Ghislaine Paalman announced the session as part of the bank’s 40th-anniversary activities. The bank has been taking educational workshops to different neighbourhoods, and Savaneta will host the third edition.
Budgeting and fraud prevention on the program
The announced topics include the central bank’s role, digital payments, fraud and scams, saving and creating a budget. Paalman invited residents of Savaneta and nearby areas to attend.
Organizers say food and drinks will be provided during the break. Registration is available through a link on the Central Bank of Aruba’s social-media pages, the report said.
