ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Police and ambulance personnel responded Tuesday afternoon to a traffic accident involving injuries near the roundabout by Guardian in Aruba.
Authorities reported that the accident involved a car and a motorcycle after the driver of the vehicle allegedly failed to give right of way to the motorcyclist already traveling through the roundabout.
The collision caused the motorcyclist to fall onto the roadway.
Paramedics treated the injured victim at the scene before transporting the person to the hospital for further medical attention.
Police continued investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
