ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Police and ambulance personnel responded Saturday morning to a traffic accident involving injuries in the Kudawecha area of Aruba.
Authorities reported that the driver of a Kia Rio allegedly failed to regulate speed and maintain a safe following distance before rear-ending a Volkswagen Cross.
Due to the impact, the driver of the Volkswagen sustained injuries during the collision.
Paramedics treated the injured victim at the scene after the person experienced elevated blood pressure following the accident.
Police continued investigating the circumstances surrounding the rear-end collision.
