The Plataforma Educación y Labor (PEL) recently held a productive meeting with several schools and technical companies to discuss collaboration, shared commitments, and the development of technical education.
ProTec Mechanical Contractors Aruba hosted the meeting, presenting on F-gases, their ongoing work in the sector, and their vision for future technical programs. Their presentation opened opportunities for valuable discussions and provided insights into the needs of the labor market.
Other technical companies also shared information, exchanged comments, and discussed concrete plans to strengthen the connection between education and the technical sector. Participants recognized the value and energy of these discussions.
PEL plans to continue organizing sector meetings to reinforce alliances, share knowledge, and collaboratively build stronger technical education and workforce development programs.
