Significant Milestones Achieved
We are pleased to announce the successful completion of our wastewater collection system—a critical step in ensuring the sustainability of our eco-friendly community. This system guarantees that 100% of the water used within Orquidea Residences will be recycled, furthering our commitment to sustainable living.
Ongoing Progress and Overcoming Challenges
While we celebrate these achievements, we acknowledge the challenges presented by Aruba’s recent weather patterns. The island has experienced higher-than-usual rainfall, which has impacted the optimal working conditions. Extensive soil testing was required to ensure proper compaction, which caused a slight delay in the road construction. However, our dedicated construction team has made great strides and will begin the paving process next week.
We have also worked closely with Public Works to optimize the project’s design, making improvements that will benefit future residents, including the relocation of certain condominium buildings and villas to enhance the overall layout.

We are excited to give you a sneak peek of Villa Lycaste, one of the stunning new villas at Orquidea Residences. This modern, two-story home features:
