ORANJESTAD (AAN) – A New Playground Officially Opens at Lago Heights Park, providing children and families with a vibrant new recreational space designed for fun, creativity, and community gathering.
The opening ceremony took place last week with Minister Gerlien Croes in attendance. During the event, the minister described the playground as a place filled with color and energy that reflects the creativity and dreams of Aruba’s children while offering a safe and welcoming environment for play.
According to the minister, the new playground is designed to be accessible to all families, encouraging parents and children to spend quality time together in an enjoyable outdoor setting.
The Government of Aruba expressed its appreciation to CEDE Aruba, Jantje Beton, and VNO Netherlands for their collaboration and support in making the project a reality. The new facility represents another investment in community recreation and child-friendly public spaces across the island.
