Motorcyclist Seriously Injured On Green Corridor following a serious traffic collision that occurred Saturday afternoon near Mahuma.

Police and ambulance personnel were dispatched to the scene after receiving reports of an accident involving injuries along the Green Corridor. Upon arrival, officers gathered information from witnesses regarding the sequence of events leading to the crash.

According to preliminary reports, a utility truck was traveling in the right lane and attempted to move into the left lane. Two vehicles and a motorcycle were traveling behind the truck in the left lane. The lead vehicle noticed the truck’s intended lane change and reduced its speed, causing the vehicle behind it to slow down as well.

The Motorcyclist Seriously Injured On Green Corridor incident occurred when the motorcyclist was unable to stop in time and collided with the rear of a Hyundai Grand i10.

As a result of the impact, the rider sustained significant injuries. Emergency medical personnel provided treatment at the scene before transporting the victim for further medical care.

Authorities reported that although the motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, the rider suffered a head injury and severe trauma to a leg, which was reportedly fractured in multiple places.
