This innovative outdoor class combines movement, mindfulness, and balance using the Indo YogaFit® Balance Board—delivering an uplifting experience on both land and sea.
Led by Carolien Gaarthuis from Dushi Yoga, TerraWave Yoga invites participants to connect deeply with their core, build strength and flexibility, and achieve a sense of freedom and empowerment. The class begins on a yoga mat with calming breathwork and stretches before transitioning onto the balance board for a standing core flow. The session concludes with a blissful savasana, allowing guests to soak in the serenity of a Sunday morning by the sea.
