ORANJESTAD (AAN): A traffic collision on L.G. Smith Boulevard Thursday morning left a driver injured after a Mazda SUV failed to adjust speed and maintain a safe following distance.

According to police reports, the impact was significant enough that the Aveo driver was thrown forward inside the vehicle and was found injured at the scene.
