Join the Matchmaking Process in Hunto pa Progreso Phase 4

DIMAS is informing all individuals who have registered for Phase 4 of the Hunto pa Progreso program that they are required to actively participate in the ongoing matchmaking process.

The primary goal of Phase 4 is to connect migrants who have registered but have not yet secured an employer with new job opportunities. Registration for Phase 4 does not permit individuals to work as self-employed (ZZP’er) or as independent contractors. The program specifically focuses on employment placement via registered employers.

All participants in Phase 4 are required to respond to invitations for matchmaking, which is being organized by the International Organization for Migration (IOM). Failure to comply with this requirement may result in consequences for the continuation of their work permit process in Phase 4.

DIMAS emphasizes the importance of cooperation and commitment from all registered migrants to ensure successful integration into the legal, sustainable labor market. This contributes to the stability of Aruba’s job market and communal progress.
