Police Stop Graffiti Artist in Oranjestad for Illegal Vandalism

ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Early Tuesday morning, police in Oranjestad stopped a graffiti artist who was spraying a wall without permission.

During a routine patrol, officers noticed the individual in the act and immediately intervened. The artist was warned that spraying graffiti without authorization is considered property damage and is punishable under the law in Aruba.
