The University of Aruba (UA) has officially opened registration for its Master in Governance & Leadership (MGL) program. The university is inviting professionals to apply for the two-year program, which is designed to equip leaders with the skills necessary to navigate complex environments in Small Island Developing States.
The MGL program focuses on effectiveness, accountability, and innovation within organizations. It is structured specifically for working professionals, offering a flexible format with classes held primarily on Saturdays. For applicants who do not yet meet the entry requirements, the UA offers a Pre-Master Pathway to provide the necessary academic foundation.
The application deadline is set for May 24, 2026. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact Thaïs Franken MSc, Program Manager, at mastergl@ua.aw for more information. The program represents a significant opportunity for professional development in the public and private sectors.
