The second night of the Flip Flop Festival is scheduled for this evening at Harbor Arena, following a successful opening night on Friday. Headline artists Myke Towers and Machel Montano have arrived in Aruba and are preparing for their debut performances on the island. Machel Montano touched down in the afternoon on Friday, while Myke Towers arrived later that night.
The festival’s opening night featured Dread Mar I and attracted thousands of spectators. For the upcoming evening, organizers confirm that the event will offer two distinct musical environments. In addition to the main stage, a ‘Bacardi Area’ will be hosted by Spacy Island, featuring DJs playing electronic music genres.
Local talent will also be highlighted during the festivities, with performances by Tsunami, Groove Masters, and I-Culture. Myke Towers, a Puerto Rican rapper and singer known for reggaeton and Latin trap, brings international hits such as “LALA” and collaborations with artists like Bad Bunny. Machel Montano, a renowned soca artist from Trinidad and Tobago, is celebrated for his dynamic stage presence and contributions to Caribbean music culture.
Gates are set to open at 6:00 p.m. Tickets are still available for purchase at Citgo Boulevard, Citgo Essoville, and through the platforms dipay.aw and www.eliteempire.events.
