This November, Kokoa Aruba invites locals to enjoy a dinner experience inspired by warmth, creativity, and the island’s unique flavors. For Afl. 69 per person, guests can indulge in a three-course choice menu available throughout the month, carefully designed by the chef to celebrate comfort and culinary artistry.

To start
Choose between two delicious appetizers:

  • Potato Truffle Soup – A creamy, aromatic soup topped with bacon bits and chives.
  • Chicken Dumplings – Crispy dumplings with sweet potato crème, edamame, and a chili-sesame dressing.

For the main course

  • Surf & Turf – A grilled 6oz tenderloin served with crab mac & cheese, sautéed green beans, and rich gravy.
  • Red Snapper Fillet – Accompanied by Parmesan funchi, mixed vegetables, and a lemon-garlic sauce.
