ORANJESTAD — You are back, and we would like to showcase you! We invite you to send us your favorite vacation picture while enjoying our Happy Island. Complete the sentence: Aruba to me is … Send your picture with that text (including your name and where you are from) to: news@arubatoday.com, and we will feature your vacation memory. Isn’t that a special way to keep your best moments alive? Please note: By submitting photos, text, or any other materials, you give permission to The Aruba Today Newspaper, Caribbean Speed Printers, and any of its affiliated companies to use said materials, names, likenesses, etc., for promotional purposes without compensation.

Don’t forget to check out our website, Instagram, and Facebook page! Thank you for supporting our free newspaper; we strive to make you a happy reader every day again.

For today, we received a heartfelt message from Sal Trippi from New Jersey, USA.

He wrote:

“Aruba to me is my happy place. I brought my family here 14 years ago, and I have been coming back ever since, every year, sometimes twice a year. Now, it’s not my happy place because I drink all the time (lol—I don’t drink). This place is special: the people, the weather, and the locals. It’s where my wife and I reconnect and get away from the fast-paced life I live, and get to relax like I never have before. Look, I don’t read the paper at home, but I just picked up this Aruba Today paper at The Hilton and read the whole paper at 6:45 am. Time to hit the beach!”

Thank you, Sal, for sending us this wonderful message, sharing what Aruba means to you with us and our readers!
