Gaia House of Grill has expanded its popular “After Dark” concept to include every Friday evening. Previously exclusive to Saturdays, the activation is now sponsored by Johnnie Walker. Since opening, Gaia has become a sensation in Aruba, and this expanded concept offers a new way to experience the House of Grill.
Beginning at 9:00 p.m., the venue transforms into a lounge atmosphere once dinner service concludes. The Friday nights feature a “Back To The 90’s” theme, with DJ Yeimy setting the musical tone. Guests can enjoy an elevated environment with exotic cocktails and a selection of small bites until 1:00 a.m. Romar Trading, representing Johnnie Walker, is providing the beverages for the Friday events.
Executive Chef Ludwich Samson has created a special menu for the occasion. For 125 florins, patrons can enjoy three cocktails and one bite from the bar menu. Management advises the public to make reservations through opentable.com to secure a spot.
