In a celebration of youth and empowerment, Quota International of Aruba joined the Miss Teen Speech 2025 event to inspire the next generation of young women.

Invited by the organizers of Miss Teen Aruba International, Quota Aruba delivered a powerful message on the importance of women’s empowerment, community service, and leadership. Former Quota President, Mrs. Farida Feliciana-Figaroa, addressed the audience with a passionate speech, recounting Quota’s legacy since its founding in 1919 and its ongoing mission to support women, children, and individuals with hearing difficulties.

“Empowerment begins with us,” she said, calling on young women to lift each other up, develop their talents, and become positive forces in their communities. She emphasized the vital role women play in volunteerism and the lasting impact they can have.

The event concluded with words of encouragement from Quota International of Aruba to all Miss Teen participants, urging them to transform their experience into personal growth and community service.
