Shaba station lighting has drawn attention after AWE24 reported that large exterior lights at the police station had not been illuminated for several days.
Report concerns front and rear areas
The outlet described dark conditions outside the station, both in front of the building and behind it. The observation concerns exterior illumination, rather than a reported interruption to police service.
Reason remains unconfirmed
AWE24 said it had sought information but had not established why the lights were off. Its report did not confirm equipment damage, an electricity-saving decision or a repair timetable. Those possible explanations should not be treated as established facts.
