A youth was found lying on the ground, beaten and bleeding, near the hotels in Palm Beach early Friday morning, in what police believe was a gang assault.
According to the report, the young man had been walking in the hotel area when he got into a confrontation with a gang. The attackers assaulted him and then fled the scene in a gray car.
Police were immediately dispatched after the report came in. The victim’s identity and medical condition were not disclosed in the available report.
