ORANJESTAD, Aruba — A young driver was injured in a Piedra Plat crash involving a Kia Soluto and Hyundai Santa Fe near the junction toward Casibari.
Collision occurred near Centro Kibrahacha
Police responding Saturday afternoon found the injured Kia driver on the ground near Piedra Plat 25. Bystanders were shading him from the sun while emergency assistance was arranged.
Driver taken urgently to hospital
Paramedics stabilized the man before transporting him to Dr. Horacio Oduber Hospital. Initial observations suggested a failure to yield, and traffic police attended to investigate.
