Residents renewed concerns about Seroe Colorado traffic after one resident counted 120 vehicles between 7 and 8 a.m. Tuesday on a recently created dirt road toward the Secrets hotel area.
Residents report speed and pedestrian risks
The neighborhood association told NoticiaCla that residents, visitors and children sometimes have to walk partly in the road because adequate sidewalks are absent. It said the temporary road intended to manage hotel traffic has created new speeding concerns.
Parking changes helped but concerns remain
Residents acknowledged that Secrets created more on-site parking for staff and construction workers. They said roadside parking and the area’s single principal access route continue to raise concerns about congestion and emergency access.
