Refineria di Aruba has opened an international selection process for a contractor to remove two concrete chimneys, each approximately 300 feet high, from the refinery site.
Controlled dismantling process planned
The project calls for technical inspections, preparation of a safety zone, selection of a demolition method, controlled dismantling, waste management, and final cleanup. The company has not yet announced which removal method will be used or when physical work will begin.
