Aruba Justice Minister Arthur Dowers has met court and ministry officials in Curaçao as part of a working visit focused on cooperation within the Kingdom.
After meeting Curaçao Governor Mauritsz de Kort, Dowers visited the newly sworn-in president of the Joint Court of Justice, identified in the source report as Mr. Carmelia.
