ORANJESTAD, Aruba – Two Injured in Fight on Caya Boes Orman arrived at the hospital Friday night following a reported altercation involving a stabbing near a supermarket.
Police patrols were initially dispatched to the supermarket after authorities received a report of a fight involving a sharp weapon.
Injured Individuals Arrive at Hospital
When officers arrived at the scene, they learned that the people involved had already left and were reportedly heading to the hospital.
Shortly afterward, police received a call from the hospital reporting that the injured individuals had arrived and requesting police assistance.
Several officers immediately responded to the hospital while other officers remained at the original scene to begin their investigation.
Police Seize Weapon and Two Vehicles
At the hospital, officers continued investigating the circumstances surrounding the altercation.
According to the original report, police seized a bladed weapon and two vehicles as part of the investigation.
