ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Jonathan Henriquez Honored for 45 Years with Aruba Police as the Aruba Police Force (KPA) recognized his remarkable career and decades of dedicated public service during a special ceremony at the Justice Center in Macuarima.
During the event, Jonathan “Johnny” Henriquez received an official certificate of recognition and commendation marking 45 years of service with the Korps Politie Aruba (KPA).
As part of the celebration, Henriquez also placed his 45-year service star on his portrait displayed on the organization’s Wall of Fame, a tribute dedicated to employees who have devoted many years of service to the Aruba Police Force.
The KPA paused to recognize Henriquez’s commitment, professionalism, and longstanding contribution to the organization. According to the police force, the veteran officer expressed his gratitude and said it was an honor to personally add the commemorative star to his portrait.
The Aruba Police Force described Henriquez as a highly respected member of the organization who is also well known and appreciated throughout the community. His distinguished career has earned the respect of both colleagues and the public.
During the ceremony, Chief Commissioner Arnhem praised Henriquez’s achievements and highlighted the importance of honoring long-serving officers.
“These are the shoulders upon which we stand. Not everyone can say they have achieved 45 years of service. We are grateful to Mr. Henriquez for his contribution and dedication to our Police Force. We also thank his family, who have been his strong foundation throughout this remarkable career, and Our Lady for guiding him along the right path,” the Chief Commissioner said.
The Aruba Police Force concluded by thanking Jonathan “Johnny” Henriquez for his exceptional commitment to public service and for the lasting contribution he has made to law enforcement and the people of Aruba over the past four and a half decades.
