ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Marushka Hannoeman Earns Bachelor’s Degree from University of Aruba after successfully defending her thesis and completing the Bachelor of Arts program in Organization, Governance and Management (OGM) at the Faculty of Arts and Science.
Hannoeman recently presented and defended her thesis, titled “Analyzing the Quality of Care in Aruba’s Substance Addiction Institutions for an Improved Institutional Collaboration and Quality of Life.”
Her research examined ways to improve the quality of care provided by substance addiction treatment institutions in Aruba while promoting stronger collaboration between organizations and enhancing the quality of life for individuals receiving support.
The graduation committee consisted of Judelca Briceño, MSc, Luciano Milliard, LLM, and Verenuska Rincon Bravo, MSc, representing the Department of Public Health Aruba (Directie Volksgezondheid Aruba).
Hannoeman expressed her appreciation to the lecturers of the Organization, Governance and Management (OGM) program and the professionals who supported and guided her throughout her academic journey. She also thanked everyone within and outside the University of Aruba who contributed to her success.
The University of Aruba noted that the OGM program continues to prepare graduates with knowledge and research skills that contribute to public administration, organizational development, and community improvement in Aruba.
