ORANJESTAD – Marushka Hannoeman has successfully earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Organization, Governance and Management (OGM) from the University of Aruba’s Faculty of Arts and Science.
On July 8, 2026, she successfully defended her thesis titled “Analyzing the Quality of Care in Aruba’s Substance Addiction Institutions for an Improved Institutional Collaboration and Quality of Life.”
Her research examined ways to improve the quality of care provided by Aruba’s substance addiction institutions through stronger collaboration and better support systems.
The graduation committee included Judelca Briceño, Luciano Milliard and Verenuska Rincon Bravo of Aruba’s Department of Public Health. The University of Aruba also thanked the lecturers, professionals and everyone who contributed to Marushka’s academic achievement.
