Aruba police detained a man during a preventive search operation in the early hours of Saturday morning. The control took place in a designated hotel zone located near the hotel district.
Upon searching the individual, officers discovered illicit items in his possession. The man was arrested immediately following the discovery.
A detention van from the C.E.A. subsequently arrived at the scene to take custody of the detainee. He was transported to the police station for further processing.
