ORANJESTAD (AAN) – Police and ambulance personnel responded Thursday morning after a 21-year-old woman fainted during exercise at a gym in the Eagle area of Aruba.
Upon arrival, officers confirmed that the young woman had lost consciousness and was initially unresponsive.
Paramedics treated the woman at the scene and successfully helped her regain consciousness before continuing medical assistance inside the ambulance.
After consulting by telephone with a doctor, medical personnel determined that it was not necessary to transport her to the hospital.
Authorities did not report any further complications related to the incident.
