Fire at Ex-La Linda Building Quickly Controlled
The Fire Department and Police responded to a midday report of a fire at the abandoned building known as ex-La Linda on Tuesday.
Witnesses observed significant smoke rising from the back of the structure. Upon arrival, emergency personnel found heavy smoke coming from the north side of the building.
Firefighters Respond Swiftly
Firefighters entered the premises and identified the fire as involving accumulated debris and materials. They were able to bring the blaze under control quickly, preventing further damage to the abandoned ex-La Linda building.
