ORANJESTAD (AAN): HOH Academy is hosting an Open Day today, offering students a chance to explore careers in the medical and healthcare field.
The HOH Academy Open Day Aruba is organized by the hospital’s training department, which focuses on educating and preparing healthcare professionals. According to Stage Coordinator Cathleen Gomez-Hernandez, the academy provides training opportunities for both current hospital staff and new applicants entering specific roles.
The event, taking place from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, is especially aimed at students who are still deciding on their future studies. Visitors will receive guidance on educational pathways, required school programs, and career opportunities available in Aruba.
The HOH Academy Open Day Aruba features information booths, live demonstrations, and guided tours through various hospital departments such as Radiology, Operating Room, Dialysis, and Rehabilitation.
Participants will also have the opportunity to interact with professionals and gain a better understanding of daily responsibilities in healthcare roles.
