ORANJESTAD (AAN): As of January 23, 2026, the contractor, under the supervision of DOW, began work on the renovation and beautification project for the bunkers at Sero Colorado. The project aims to develop a pathway for cane between the coastal batteries located on the hill.
In addition, as part of the project, a “concrete wall” will be built to honor significant figures related to the area. The project, managed by Van Kessel Havenbouw NV, is expected to be completed within three weeks.
