The Aruba Bank Innovation Conference: Inspiring the Future, along with its Youth Coding Workshop, was a major success, attracting nearly 400 participants at the Renaissance Convention Center.

The event formed part of Aruba Bank’s 100th anniversary celebrations and brought together professionals, students, and innovators from across the community to explore the future of technology and innovation.

The conference hall was filled to capacity with attendees eager to learn and exchange ideas about how innovation continues to shape the world and inspire the next generation. The program featured distinguished speakers and panelists who shared their experiences and insights on technological progress and creative thinking.

Tamara Waldron, Regional Marketing and Branding Manager at Aruba Bank, delivered an inspiring message:

“Innovation is a mindset — a way of thinking, working, and serving our clients. Through this conference, we wanted to create a platform for different voices in our community to bring these conversations forward.”

In addition to the main sessions, a Youth Coding Workshop was held for students aged 15 to 17, giving them a hands-on opportunity to learn programming skills in a fun and practical environment.

Both the Innovation Conference and Youth Coding Workshop were integral parts of Aruba Bank’s centennial celebration, emphasizing the institution’s ongoing commitment to fostering progress, education, and innovation within the Aruban community.

Aruba Bank concluded with a powerful reminder:

“Innovation remains — it’s a way of thinking, a way of working, and a way of serving our community.”
