Aruba Bank has announced the next phase of its debit card distribution campaign. Customers whose names begin with the letters F, G, H, I, J, or K are now invited to collect their new Personal or Student Mastercard Debit Cards.
The cards can be picked up at the Card Pick-Up Center located at EPB Oranjestad (Hato) between Monday and Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This phase of the distribution will continue until October 17, 2025.
For example, a customer named Hilde Tromp would be eligible to collect her card between October 6 and October 17.
Customers are reminded to bring a valid form of identification—either a passport, driver’s license, or cedula—when picking up their cards. If someone else is collecting the card on behalf of a customer, they must present a signed authorization form and a copy of the cardholder’s ID.
The bank also clarified several important details:
- Customers who already received a new card between January and August 2025 do not need to pick up another one.
- Those who received a card in 2024 must collect a replacement.
- Customers previously notified to pick up cards expiring in September 2025 should visit the Aruba Bank Hato Branch, not the EPB center.
- This round of distribution applies only to cards expiring from October 2025 onward.
Additionally, students who have not yet collected their new cards may also do so at the EPB Oranjestad (Hato) Pick-Up Center.
This organized card distribution is part of Aruba Bank’s ongoing efforts to upgrade its debit card system and ensure that customers continue to enjoy secure and convenient banking services.
