The Kiwanis Club of Aruba welcomed its new 2025–2026 board with a special Sunday brunch, celebrating leadership, service, and community. The event opened with words of gratitude to the outgoing board for its dedicated work, followed by the formal installation of the new directors.
A highlight of the ceremony was Edjean Semeleer’s rendition of the Aruba National Anthem, filling the room with pride and unity. An uplifting reflection was delivered by Ivonne Pereira, mother of incoming president Indra Pereira, reminding attendees of the power of community service.
Norma Brinkenberg-Spellen was named Kiwanian of the Year, presented by Tessely Koolman-Ranis, in recognition of Norma’s dedication and passion.
In her first address, President Indra Pereira outlined an inspiring vision for the year ahead and thanked the Program Committee for organizing the memorable brunch. Music by DJ Vibes set a festive tone.
