On Tuesday afternoon, a child was injured in a traffic accident at the intersection of Van Leeuwenhoekstraat and De La Sallestraat in Aruba. A Toyota Hilux pickup failed to yield while traveling from Van Leeuwenhoekstraat, colliding with a Honda CRV. The child passenger in the pickup sustained a head injury and was attended to by ambulance personnel at the scene. Police responded immediately to the incident.
