Aruban dog trainer Tito Laclé learned during a return visit to California that Aruba’s flag is displayed at Cesar Millan’s Dog Psychology Center in Santa Clarita, NoticiaCla reported on October 19.
Recognition linked to earlier training
According to the report, Laclé was told that the flag had been raised in recognition of his participation in Millan’s training programme in 2023. His initial training took place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in December of that year.
Return visit includes advanced course
NoticiaCla said Millan welcomed Laclé for a second time and that the Aruban trainer also took part in the centre’s advanced dog-handling course graduation on Sunday evening. The account describes recognition that Laclé learned about during this week’s return visit, rather than a newly opened centre or a newly raised flag.
