ORANJESTAD (AAN): The SETAR Supports Aruba Anthem and Flag Festival 2026 as the national telecommunications company continues its collaboration with cultural organizations to celebrate Aruba’s heritage and national pride.

SETAR N.V. announced its support for the Festival Un Canto pa Aruba su Himno y Bandera, a long-standing cultural tradition that brings together talented performers from across the island to honor Aruba’s national anthem and flag through music and artistic expression.

The SETAR Supports Aruba Anthem and Flag Festival 2026 initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting cultural development and community events that strengthen Aruba’s identity and unity.

Earlier this week, an important step in the preparation process took place when organizers held the official drawing of lots to determine the performance order for participants. The event was hosted at the SETAR Conexion Center, marking the start of the final preparations for the competition.

The festival features three main categories: Infantil (Children), Hubenil (Youth), and Adulto (Adults). Participants from each category will perform original or creative interpretations celebrating Aruba’s anthem and national symbols.

As Aruba’s national telecommunications provider, SETAR plays an active role in supporting initiatives that promote culture, creativity, and community engagement. The company regularly contributes to events that highlight Aruba’s traditions and encourage artistic expression among residents of all ages.

This year’s edition of the festival is particularly special because it coincides with several important national milestones. In 2026, Aruba celebrates 40 years of Status Aparte, 50 years of the national anthem and flag, and 40 years of SETAR’s service to the island.

Organizers and sponsors see the festival as an opportunity to bring the community together through music and culture while reflecting on Aruba’s history and national achievements.

SETAR extended its best wishes to all participants, musical groups, and organizing committees involved in the festival. The company also encouraged residents across the island to attend and support the performers during the celebration.

The SETAR Supports Aruba Anthem and Flag Festival 2026 will take place at the Aruba Carnival & Entertainment Village in San Nicolas, where audiences will be able to enjoy performances celebrating Aruba’s culture, music, and patriotic spirit.

The festival promises to be a vibrant cultural event that highlights the creativity and talent of Aruba’s community while honoring the island’s national symbols.

By supporting events like this, SETAR continues reinforcing its role not only as a telecommunications provider but also as an active partner in promoting Aruba’s cultural traditions and community spirit.
