Collision reported on Green Corridor
A 63-year-old pedestrian was critically injured in a Pos Chiquito taxi collision on Green Corridor on Monday night, Diario reported. It occurred near a southbound bus stop about 30 meters west of Rey Hing Supermarket.
Police found the man on the road and a black Hyundai Staria taxi farther along the route. The source did not name either person.
Victim taken to intensive care
ImSan paramedics stabilized the pedestrian and transported him urgently to Dr. Horacio E. Oduber Hospital. Official information cited by Diario said he was in serious condition and sent to intensive care.
Traffic specialists document the scene
Police closed the road while traffic and forensic specialists documented evidence. Diario said the man was crossing while the taxi traveled toward San Nicolas, but the final police report remained pending.
