To address Aruba’s growing workforce gap, Impact Hub Aruba and AHATA have launched a new initiative called the Impact Talent Accelerator.
Announced at a press conference by General Manager Mary-Ann Falconi-Rasmijn, the program was developed in response to labor shortages, skill gaps, and an aging population.
Studies show that around 8,700 residents are nearing retirement, with an estimated 8,000-person gap expected in the labor force in the coming years.
The program also aims to support vulnerable groups, including young adults, single mothers, and older individuals trying to re-enter the job market.
The goal is to equip participants with relevant skills, entrepreneurial mindsets, and a clear sense of purpose, helping them thrive in today’s economy.
The program is open to all, including unemployed individuals.
Registration is now available at Impact-Talent.net.
