ORANJESTAD (AAN): The Miss Youth Aruba Organization officially introduced three new candidates for the 2025 pageant during a celebratory toast event held on Sunday evening. The final competition is scheduled for Saturday, August 2, 2025.

The evening was hosted by former titleholders Amelia Elskamp (2023) and Jennely Winklaar (2024), who acted as emcees. Their confident and polished presentation impressed guests and set the tone for a professional evening. Organizer Robin Croes-Ponson praised their performance and guided the event from behind the scenes.

The newly installed contestants are:

  • Roshnie Sardjoe (Santa Cruz): Inspired by encouragement from others, she joined the contest to represent the island she has grown to love. Roshnie aims to empower young people to believe in their talents and ideas.

  • Eimy Contreras Bedoya (Noord): Driven to become a role model, she views Miss Youth Aruba as a platform to voice youth issues and showcase Aruba’s warmth and culture on an international stage.

  • Paula Andrea Acosta (Oranjestad): She entered the competition to build self-confidence and hopes to raise awareness about mental health challenges facing today’s youth, especially those linked to social media.

The candidates were installed by current beauty queens:

  • Jehdeiah Flanegin (Miss Teen Aruba International 2025),

  • Jaidyleen Tromp (Miss Teen Aruba 2024),

  • Briannah Arrindell (Miss Tourism World 2025).

The organization has yet to announce the venue for the final event. Best wishes go out to all candidates and the organizing team as they prepare for the grand finale.
