Minister Rene Herde Official Visit Bureau Interne Diensten

ORANJESTAD (AAN): The Minister Rene Herde Official Visit Bureau Interne Diensten took place recently as part of his responsibilities as Minister of Internal Services, where he met with employees and learned more about the operations of the department.

During the visit, Minister Rene Herde, together with members of his team, conducted a tour of the Bureau Interne Diensten (BID) facility and visited several sections of the department. Employees took the opportunity to explain the different roles and responsibilities carried out within their respective units.

The Minister Rene Herde Official Visit Bureau Interne Diensten aimed to strengthen communication between the ministry and staff members while also providing updates about ongoing organizational changes.

Following the tour, employees attended a presentation delivered by the Department of Human Resources (DRH) regarding the restructuring process currently taking place within the department.

During the presentation, officials from DRH explained the objectives and expected outcomes of the restructuring plan. The session was intended to help employees better understand how the organizational adjustments may affect their roles and the functioning of the department.

Workers at BID were given the opportunity to ask questions and express any concerns they may have regarding the restructuring process.

According to the ministry, the Minister Rene Herde Official Visit Bureau Interne Diensten was organized to ensure transparency and open communication during the restructuring process.

The initiative allowed employees to receive direct information about the changes while also giving them the opportunity to share feedback and perspectives with leadership.

Minister Herde emphasized the importance of keeping employees informed and involved in discussions related to departmental changes.

Government officials noted that restructuring initiatives are often necessary to improve efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and ensure that public services continue to function effectively.

The Bureau Interne Diensten plays an important role in supporting government operations by providing internal administrative services that assist various departments across the public sector.

At the conclusion of the visit, Minister Herde expressed his appreciation to both Bureau Interne Diensten (BID) and the Department of Human Resources (DRH) for their cooperation and for organizing the presentation.

The Minister Rene Herde Official Visit Bureau Interne Diensten also highlighted the importance of collaboration between government departments in maintaining efficient and transparent public administration.

Officials indicated that continued dialogue with employees will remain an important part of the restructuring process moving forward.
