The Lissette van Trigt praatgroep Aruba is bringing people together through meaningful group discussions focused on personal growth and connection.
According to Addonsito Croes, who recently attended several sessions, the praatgroep (discussion group) has been successfully आयोजित at locations such as MFA Paradera, as well as MFA Noord and Savaneta. The sessions cover topics like giving and receiving compliments, “me time,” and living in the present.
The Lissette van Trigt praatgroep Aruba was created after Lissette, a social worker with over 25 years of experience in the Netherlands, recognized the need in Aruba for a space where people can gather, share ideas, and support one another. The goal is to encourage learning from each other and to inspire positive changes in daily life.
Participants described the sessions as having a warm and positive atmosphere, with many leaving feeling happy and inspired. During a recent Easter session, Lissette and her husband Sandy introduced creative questions and phrases that encouraged reflection and appreciation for life. At the end of the session, each participant also received a small gift.
