Palm Beach, Aruba — July 2025 — Nestled along the iconic shores of Palm Beach, the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino continues to redefine luxury with its perfect blend of tradition, entertainment, and environmental responsibility. This year, the resort welcomed families for a glamorous Mother’s Day brunch, announced the much-anticipated return of the Caribbean Poker Series, and reinforced its sustainability commitment with the rollout of reusable PATH water bottles in all guest rooms.

Mother’s Day Brunch at the Sunset Grille: A Toast to Elegance

On Sunday, May 11, 2025, the Sunset Grille—Aruba’s only open-air steakhouse—hosted its signature Mother’s Day Brunch, offering guests a luxurious à la carte dining experience paired with endless Billecart-Salmon Champagne. Held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in a newly renovated setting, the event brought together local families and international visitors to celebrate motherhood in style.

With a menu of premium steaks, fresh-caught seafood, and house specialties, the Sunset Grille continues to serve as a beacon of culinary excellence on the island for over two decades.

The Caribbean Poker Series Returns: $400,000 Prize Pool and Global Showdown

Poker enthusiasts, mark your calendars: the Caribbean Poker Series returns to Hilton Aruba from September 18–28, 2025. With a guaranteed prize pool of $400,000, the event promises ten thrilling days of tournament action, tropical ambiance, and unforgettable moments.

Following Kathryn Lindsay’s historic 2024 Main Event win as the tournament’s first female champion, anticipation is high for this year’s edition. The 2025 series features:

  • Daily tournaments and special satellite events

  • A high-energy pool party hosted by Tropical Bottling Aruba

  • An electric mix of competition, camaraderie, and Caribbean flair

Whether you’re a seasoned player or a newcomer, the Poker Series offers the ultimate chance to compete—and unwind—under the Aruban sun.

Sustainability Spotlight: PATH Bottles Replace Single-Use Plastics

Furthering its dedication to eco-conscious hospitality, Hilton Aruba has introduced refillable PATH water bottles in all guest rooms. These stylish, reusable bottles are part of the resort’s initiative to reduce single-use plastic waste and promote a greener future.

Complemented by new water refill stations across the resort, guests can now hydrate responsibly with Aruba’s pristine desalinated tap water, which meets World Health Organization (WHO) standards.

This move aligns with the island’s broader sustainability efforts, including clean energy initiatives and eco-friendly culinary practices.

Hilton Aruba: Where Luxury Meets Purpose

With an unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation, Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino continues to offer an experience where luxury, lifestyle, and responsibility intersect. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, competing in a world-class tournament, or simply enjoying island serenity, Hilton Aruba welcomes you to a destination of elegance and progress.
